The Bulgarian Golf Association proudly hosted the final seminar of the GOLF 4 CIRCULARITY project in Sofia, marking the successful conclusion of an important European initiative focused on sustainability, inclusion, and circular economy practices in golf.
As a project partner, the Bulgarian Golf Association was honored to welcome international partners, golf professionals, and stakeholders to Bulgaria for this key event. The seminar served as both a celebration of the project’s achievements and an opportunity to reflect on the positive impact GOLF 4 CIRCULARITY has had on grassroots golf, education, and sustainability awareness across Europe.
During the event, participants reviewed the project’s main outcomes, including educational resources, sustainability guidelines, and digital tools supporting innovation and environmental responsibility within golf clubs and federations. The final seminar also provided a platform for sharing best practices and strengthening cooperation between participating countries.
The project has been implemented with the support of the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme, which enabled international cooperation, knowledge exchange, and the development of innovative educational resources aimed at strengthening sustainability in sport. The Bulgarian Golf Association expresses its appreciation for the continued support of the European Union in initiatives that promote positive social, educational, and environmental impact through sport.
